The Dream Chalet is a 3-story 1900 SF home set at the edge of a 33 acre woodlands. Photos show front & side of the chalet.

Entry door to the home is on the ground level just beneath the outside steps leading to the second floor.

LOCATION: The Dream Chalet is conveniently located at the south edge of Asheville (just a mile from Interstate 26, exit 40) close to restaurants and shopping. It’s in a lovely woodlands setting in a quiet residential neighborhood of cedar chalets and the back yard borders a 33 acre woodlands. This ideal location is between Asheville and Hendersonville with only 15 minutes to either town or to hiking on the Blue Ridge Parkway.

SUNROOM: Enjoy the woodlands setting from the fabulous all-glass sunroom/dining room that looks out on the lovely forest and back deck with a 6 person powerful hot tub. It's a peaceful place to eat your meals, relax in the sofa (queen sleeper) and watch TV.

The peaceful Sunroom with wrap around windows and skylights is a perfect place to enjoy the lovely woodlands views. Gorgeous Italian tile floors, artistic dining table & chairs, TV and queen sleeper sofa (curtains pull for sleeping privacy).

LIVING ROOM: The stunning living room has 20 foot cathedral ceilings, gas log stone fireplace, beautiful tapestry, luxurious comfortable couches, elegant furnishings and flat screen TV with built-in DVD/VCR for easy use. There’s even an extensive video library for your entertainment. Enjoy experiencing an awesome massage in your high-tech “hands on technology” Massage Chair! Just beyond is the kitchen, half bath, laundry area & sunroom.





Lounge in the living room's comfy luxury couches, chair and awesome massage chair. Enjoy the gas log fireplace.

KITCHEN: The classy gourmet kitchen has tile counters, an island prep area with eating bar and bar stools for lookers-on, wood flooring and new appliances including a gas range/oven. (Don’t you just love cooking with gas!) This cook’s kitchen is set up with everything you need for preparing meals at home. The knives are sharp, there’s a multitude of quality cookware, coffeemaker and even a coffee grinder for your freshly brewed coffee. There’s an assortment of basic spices and plenty of storage space for your groceries. Serve your meals in the sunroom on cheerful hand-painted plates and quality silverware.  Just off the kitchen is an Oversized Capacity Plus Maytag Ensignia washer & dryer.





Compete quality kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home. Just beyond is the sunroom with dining area.

MASTER KING SUITE: Upstairs from the living room, you’ll find a tastefully decorated romantic master bedroom suite with an ultra comfortable mattress and ornate carved oak king size bed. Luxuriate in the smooth 400 count cotton sheets, the butter soft blanket and even the velvety “micro-plush” mattress pad. Located on the third level, your window is a bird’s eye view of the delightful lawn and forest below. There’s a TV/DVD for bedtime watching. You have ample closet space with a large walk-in closet. There's a second tiny room that has a darling baby crib & bedding. A tasteful bathroom featuring a skylight above your shower/Jacuzzi tub and sumptuous cotton towels complete the master suite. Oh, don’t you love to be spoiled!

The master bedroom suite with luxurious king bed & sumptuous bedding & 400 count sheets. Private attached bathroom, TV with built-in DVD/VCR for easy use. Elegant curtains pull for privacy and light reduction from the skylights.

GUEST BEDROOMS & BATH Downstairs from the living room are a full bathroom and two bedrooms each with a quality queen bed and TV/DVD/VCR. One of the bedrooms has a fun mural and children’s toys, stuffed animals & games. The bathroom is delightfully decorated, has a full tub and shower, and of course, wonderfully soft towels.

For additional sleeping, the sunroom has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa with a back rest adjustment to recline. What a great setting to sleep in! Watch the stars from the windows and skylights that surround you. Draw the curtains for sleeping privacy.

The guest bedroom suite has a comfortable queen bed. The pretty guest bathroom has a full tub/shower,

The Dream Chalet has central heat and air conditioning, phones for local calls, and Cable TV. There is wireless high speed Internet connection. It is freshly painted and remodeled throughout with quality furniture and furnishings. There’s a full size washer and dryer for your use. We’ve even included some fun board games, jigsaw puzzles and don’t forget the extensive video library for your entertainment!
