ROSE COTTAGE: Be outrageously spoiled
by the charm & amenities of this enchanted cottage: big
powerful hot tub, above ground swimming pool, massage chair, king
& queen beds with sumptuous bedding, beautiful furnishings &
artwork, full kitchen with quality cookware, gas log fireplace, high
speed internet connection, 50 inch HDTV with surround sound &
premium stations, TV's in every bedroom, big movie library, kid's
indoor playroom and outdoor playground, baby crib & baby
accessories, and so much more!
LOCATION: The charming Rose Cottage is
secluded at the end of a small country road on little less than an
acre yet it is surrounded by 40 acres of lush forest land and
horse grazing meadows.
Surprisingly just two miles from Interstate 26 with only 15
minutes north to Asheville and 10 minutes south to
downtown historic Hendersonville Main Street, this picturesque
cottage is quiet, private and in an enchanted world of its
own.

THIS IS THE BACK YARD WITH POOL, HOT TUB, PLAY GROUND,
LAWN AREA FOR GAMES, DOG PEN:
(We show the hot tub empty so you can see the huge #
of jets! Yes, it will be filled with
water!)
 
 
 
 
OUTSIDE: You will
be captivated with all the private outdoor space! There are decks with plenty
of tables and chairs, a luxury 6 person hot tub featuring 54
jets with 3 powerful motors, a 24 foot above ground
swimming pool that is 4 feet deep & easy access stairs (with
child safety gates), large gas grill, an extensive children’s
playground with swings, slide, fort, climbing wall, kids’ picnic
table, and a large level lawn area for running and playing and
there's even a fenced dog pen with shelter. The back of our cottage
borders a 22 acre forest and the side yard borders a 14 acre meadow
where you might meet our neighbor’s horses as they graze across the
fence. It’s hard to
believe you are only 2 miles from the Interstate in this secluded
enchanted oasis!
Here are our
neighbor's horses who come to visit across the pasture fence....they
love carrots!

ROOM: The inviting cabin feel of the living room with a stone
gas log fireplace, rich dark pine floors, attractive comfortable
sofas and furnishings will embrace you with its warm ambiance. You even have an awesome
massage chair to relax you after a day of adventure! One of the sofas makes out into a
queen size bed. Be entertained by the 50 inch HDTV with
premium stations & surround sound, a large DVD movie library,
and a Play Station Game Player with a dozen games. We also have high speed
Internet wireless connection and phones with free local and long
distance so you can stay in touch! Stay comfortable
with central heat and air
conditioning.

beautiful marble top tables & dresser with exquisite mirror,
lovely décor, tiled floors with area rugs, and a romantic love seat
for relaxing and watching your television with DVD/VCR. The generous windows with
view of the lovely grounds offer plenty of natural light. In
addition, this generous-size king suite offers a large walk-in
closet and private bathroom with a gorgeous tile shower.

BEDROOMS: The two guest bedrooms with rich hardwood floors
will spoil you with luxurious queen beds, 400 count sheets, cloud
soft blankets and elegant comforters. The beautiful furniture and
décor in these rooms are pleasing to the eye and spirit. You’ll sleep well here! Just up the hallway is a
large second bathroom done in rich color tones with tile shower/bath
combination and fat fluffy towels. By the way, there is plenty
of hot water with our two new 50 gallon water heaters and we have
all new plumbing throughout!
AND HERE IS YOUR DELIGHTFUL COUNTRY KITCHEN WITH TERRA
COTTA TILE FLOORS....
 
 
COUNTRY
KITCHEN: The delightful eat-in kitchen will charm you
with the quaint country cupboards, terra cotta tile floors and
comfortable swivel dining chairs. The colorfully festive
dinnerware will make you smile and the top quality cookware will
please any chef! This
cook’s kitchen is set up with everything you need for preparing
meals at home. The knives are sharp, there’s a multitude of quality
cookware, coffeemaker and even a coffee grinder for your freshly
brewed coffee. There’s
an assortment of basic spices and plenty of storage space for your
groceries.

play area filled with stuffed animals, kids’ books &
games, soft blankies and a comfy twin bed with an outrageously soft
plush comforter. Outside, there is an
extensive cedar playground set with swings, 12’ spiral wave slide,
climbing wall with handholds and knotted rope, picnic table and fort
with covered roof. For
babies, we have a sturdy oak crib & bedding, Play-N-Pack
Playyard, baby bath tub, sturdy baby stroller, high chair and
more!
EVEN THE BATHROOMS ARE DECORATED
WITH FLAIR! HERE'S THE HALL GUEST BATHROOM....
 
BATHROOMS: In addition to the pretty artwork,
this guest bathroom has a combination bath tub and shower. The
towels are oversized and very fluffy! We purchased unique
Madison Home "Hygro" cotton towels that are made with
unique "hollow core technology" for better absorption,
extra softness/lightness and quick drying. Try
them out to see what you think! There's also plenty of hot
water with our two new high efficiency 50 gallon water heaters.
